friday rainy friday

Umuulan. I'm wasting my time away on the office PC, waiting till my friends get off from class, waiting to go to a friend's wake. Still raining.

Our friend Par died last Wednesday after a short battle with brain cancer. It's weird he's gone now, he was always around with his electronica sounds, a total party boy. He was bubbly, always striking up a conversation about anything under the sun. He was all that. He was.

Woke up in a not so nice mood today. Wrong side of the bed. Siguro ganun talaga when you decide to sleep on a not so nice mood din. I guess it's this Christmas thing. Quite ironic how the joyous season of Christmas never fails to give me a reason to be a little depressed. Then again, maybe it's just me.

Finished gift-shopping yesterday. Quite an achievement, if you ask me, considering my utter lack of financial resources. The only thing I'm missing on my Christmas list is the DVD player I want to get my grandpa. I'm gonna need a miracle to pull that off. Or at least my sister's ATM.

Stopped raining. Guess Mother Nature doesn't wanna join in my misery crap anymore.
