catching up

Grabe, the past few days have been super hectic with Mama arriving from the States last Thursday, all-day shopping on Friday, Anna's graduation and an exam on Saturday, and to cap it all off, the silent trip home Sunday. Hay.

Most of Monday was spent on cramming for the job Foom and I had. It was soooo stressing but it all paid off. We got paid off haha. Decided to treat Foom, Noel, Jon and Jay (now officially known as the Dicks) to dinner at Yellowcab. Foom paid for Shade's afterwards, where people got kinda wasted. Not too much, though--just enough to flag down a cab by pulling their pants down. Mwahaha.

Tuesday was the Arkaira concert. It was pretty fun, though we were all so tired afterwards. Who wouldn't be, rehearsing and doing sound checks from 11am to 6pm? It was so bad that James, Foom and Chino had blisters afterwards. My throat was so sore too. But hey, all in the spirit of good fun and badass rock n' roll, right? Surprise of the night? Sir O's Unchained Melody and Christian's take on Spongecola. Hahahaha.

Doing nothing today. Maybe later. Just decided to catch up on things before going back to studying for finals. Hay.

Oh well. At least there's Oktoberfest, Induction and the Party to look forward to.
